The Next Chapter: Market Mover Trading…

However, it is no secret that the mortgage industry has been challenged in recent years.  It is much more difficult to secure funding for borrowers; especially if you, as a borrower, don’t fit the currently restrictive box.  From negative appraisal legislation such as HVCC to beleaguered underwriters, the waters of the mortgage industry have been difficult to navigate.  As a result, Jody & Dawn-Renée were looking for an additional business in which to invest.  In June 2009, they were presented with an opportunity to add a new revenue stream without taking time away from their mortgage business.
